Trains from Aylesbury
The nearest rail station to North Marston is in Aylesbury – about six miles away – from where Chiltern Railways operate a good service to London Marylebone via Amersham. The journey takes about an hour, and trains run every half hour throughout the day and late into the evening, with more at peak times.
On Sundays, an hourly Amersham service is supplemented by hourly through trains to Marylebone via High Wycombe, which take a little longer.

Marylebone is a very congenial small London terminus with moderate tube and bus links to other parts of central London.
If you are travelling around London, travelcards are a good choice, giving you all day access to London's transport systems as well as the return trip to Marylebone for a few pounds extra.
Aylesbury station can be reached during the day using the Line 60 bus which terminates close to the rail station. It's about twenty minutes by car, and there is reasonable if pricey car parking.
An alternative is the newly opened Aylesbury Vale Parkway station which (temporarily) offers free parking, but this provides only an hourly service.
Going North
For trains heading north, Milton Keynes is on the West Coast mainline, and many fast, long distance trains from Euston stop there.
