North Marston Annual Parish Meeting 2010

North Marston Village Hall

The 2010 Annual Parish Meeting for North Marston was held on Tuesday 18th May in the Village Hall.

The Parish Council Chairman Karen Parks opened the meeting with a positive report, describing it as a very good year for North Marston and detailed some of our many achievements, which include success in obtaining grants, renewal of equipment and facilities, and significant progress with the Sportsfield, shop, website, Neighbourhood Action Group and the pub.

There followed reports from representatives of many of the village groups who described their progress and aspirations:

  • the Church and LEP
  • the Shop
  • the Neighbourhood Action Group

  • Poors Piece and Clocklands
  • the Well

Our Bucks County Councillor Netta Glover was present, and she praised the achievements and exceptional enthusiasm of our village.
