The Monday Club

The Monday Club is a good way to make new friends in the village.

Unless stated, all meetings are at the Village Hall.

Monday 5th March (8pm)	Life and Deaf: Julie Cresswell will give us a talk on her work helping people cope with deafness.
Monday 2nd April (8pm)	Neil Tuckett will give us a talk on his experience of taking a Model T Ford to the top of Ben Nevis in 2011 to commemorate the achievement carried out in 1911. (This is an Open Meeting to which visitors are welcome).
last Monday (8pm)	Soho – London's Most Colourful Village: a talk by Colin Oakes.
Monday 11th June (8pm)	A Body Shop product demonstration.
Monday 2nd July	A private visit to Eythrope Gardens in Stone, followed by a light supper. Details later.
Monday 6th August	Ramble. Details later.
Monday 3rd September (8pm)	A tasty evening: with homemade soup and pud and a short talk by Sally Moore about her interesting experiences as a marriage registrar.
Monday 1st October (8pm)	Memories of a Bucks Bobby: a talk by retired policeman John Grace.
Monday 5th November (8pm)	History and demonstration of basket making by Paul and Diane Weir from the Bedfordshire Basket Makers Organisation.
Thursday 29th November	Christmas dinner. Details later.
Monday 7th January 2013 (8pm)	Bingo, Booze and Nibbles.
Monday 4th February 2013 (8pm)	AGM followed by refreshments.
