Obtaining copies of Parish Council documents
Copies of these and other information are available from the Clerk to the Parish Council under the Parish Council Model Publication Scheme, in the following categories:
- Class 1 – who we are and what we do; councillors' names and contact details; clerk's name and contact details
- Class 2 – what we spend and how we spend it; annual return form and report by auditor; finalised budget; precept
- Class 3 – what our priorities are and how we are doing; annual report to Parish Meeting current and previous year
- Class 4 – how we make decisions; information for the current and previous council year: agendas of meetings (Council meetings and parish meetings), minutes of meetings
- Class 5 – our policies and procedures; procedural standing orders; code of conduct; Freedom of Information Policy statement
- Class 6 – lists and registers: currently maintained lists and registers only; assets register; register of members' interests
Please note that some information may be available only by inspection.
