Keep fit

Get fit and have fun! Join our circuit training sessions every Tuesday from 6.30pm to 7.45pm at the Sportsfield.
Qualified coach Tricia McSweeney will lead us round the wonderful Trim Trail.
The sessions are for anyone over the age of 16, from beginner to advanced. All sessions are free, but there is a voluntary contribution of £3 for the upkeep of the equipment in the field.
