The Parish Council is very pleased to announce that Martin Tanner was unanimously voted to be co-opted on to the Parish Council at its February meeting.
Martin has lived in the village since February 2016, with his wife Laura and two primary-aged children. He has spent most of his career working in bids, sales and solutions within the recruitment and employability sector. In September 2024 he set up his own business that focuses on app and web-app design. Martin has previously been involved with the Parish Council through the design of our website and is keen to invest his time as a Councillor to explore how the website and other tools (both digital and non-digital) best enable community inclusion and engagement with villagers and visitors alike.
As you can tell, Martin brings a wealth of experience with him and a passion for our community. The Parish Council is excited to have Martin on board to help make our parish an even better place for all to live and work.
If you see him around, don’t hesitate to say hello and share your thoughts or ideas for our parish.
Please join us in welcoming Martin to the team!
