North Marston C of E Primary School

North Marston Primary School

We are proud to have a highly regarded primary school in the village, with capacity for 105 pupils. The school serves families within North Marston, as well as the surrounding villages. Ofsted rated the school as "Good" overall in June 2023, with an "Outstanding" rating being received by the Early Years department.

The school is deeply rooted in its values (Courage, Compassion and Justice) and Ofsted has explicitly noted that Pupils learn about the school’s values of compassion, courage and justice from the beginning of Reception. They enjoy celebrating and learning about these in assemblies and through the curriculum. (Ofsted, 2023)

The school benefits from a range of facilities, including a well-equipped playground and field. Furthermore, the school makes use of the wooded area backing onto the sports field for a weekly "Forest School" for children in reception and KS1.

The school is well supported by volunteers from the local community and would welcome any new volunteers who would be interested in helping in any capacity. If you would like to visit and see the school in action, please contact the office who will arrange a suitable time with you.

The PTA is highly active, running events such as a village dog show in addition to Christmas fairs, summer fetes and activities aligned to the annual sports day.
