Junior Cricket

The North Marston & Granborough cricket team combines summer sessions and matches at the sports field, with winter sessions (typically commencing in January) being held at Sir Thomas Freemantle School in Winslow.

Our current teams include Under 7s, Under 9s, Under 11s, Under 13s and Under 15s. In total, we have approximately 60 junior cricketers attending sessions.

Where our age groups have sufficient players, they represent the village in the Bucks League. Each group has its own dedicated team of Coach, Manager & Scorers. We are always looking for volunteers to help with any of these roles.

Senior Cricket

Our Senior Cricket Team play at the sports field against other villages and local teams - and are always keen to bring new players into the team to boost the numbers and make more fixtures possible.

Facilities

A mobile cricket net cage was recently purchased, which has helped enable players at all age groups to practise out on the cricket square. New mats for the fixed nets have also been installed.
